TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CEREMONIES A STUDENT MUST:

  1. HAVE ALL SCHOOL FEES PAID BY MAY 1ST

  2. HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO MEET CREDIT REQUIREMENTS FOR ALBERTA HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR

    CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT BY THE END OF THE 2015-16 SCHOOL YEAR

  3. BE IN GOOD STANDING (ABIDE BY ALL RULES AND BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS)

  4. MAINTAIN 90% ATTENDANCE

Graduating high school requires that a student obtains 100 credits and meets the follow specifications:

Grade 10 Required Courses
English Language Arts 10-1 or 10-2
Social Studies 10-1 or 10-2
Science 10 or 14
Math 10C or 10-3
Physical Education 10 (3 or 5 credit)
 

Grade 11 Required Courses
English Language Arts 20-1 or 20-2
Social Studies 20-1 or 20-2
Science: Biology 20 or Chemistry 20 or Physics 20 or Science 20 or 24
Math 20-1 or 20-2 or 20-3
Career and Life Management (CALM)
 

Grade 12 Required Courses
English Language Arts 30-1 or 30-2
Social Studies 30-1 or 30-2
Additional Grade 12 Science courses can be taken
Additional Grade 12 Math courses can be taken
